  1. Ordering
  • When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all information about products, prices, billing and delivery addresses.
  • If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us by email at therese.asplund@linslusen.com.
  1. Delivery
  • Normal delivery time is 2-4 weeks.
  • If delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us by email at asplund@linslusen.com.
  1. Prices
  • All stated prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) include 25% VAT.
  • We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
  1. Right of withdrawal
  • As all products are custom-made according to the customer's request, there is no right of withdrawal.
  1. Complaints
  • We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is anyway damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, to remedy the defect at no cost.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
  • The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been detected, at the latest 5 days after receipt of the product.
  • We do not take responsibility for damage to the product that occurred during delivery.
  1. How to proceed with a complaint
  • Any defect or fault must always be reported to therese.asplund@linslusen.com, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault. Damage to the product that occurred during shipment should be reported to the shipping company.
  • If we fail to remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We will pay the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. For complaints, we follow guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • We do not accept any liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
  • We accept no responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or missing deliveries from suppliers.
  • Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product features that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
  1. Product Information
  • We reserve the right to any typing errors on this website and sold-out products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately depict the products, as there may be some color differences depending on the display, photo quality, and resolution. The images showing the artworks in an environment are for inspiration only and do not show the correct frame or size. We always try to represent the products as accurately as possible.

  • Under the Electronic Communications Act, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of cookies for privacy reasons. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user's browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer to access various features. You can set your web browser to automatically reject cookies.   1. Personal Data Act
  • We protect your personal data and your privacy in accordance with the Personal Data Act (1998:204). We do not save your customer information for anything other than fulfilling your order. As a customer, you can always request correction, extraction, and that we delete your information from our registry.
  1. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are considered accepted in full when an order has been placed.
  1. Dispute and Choice of Law
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN), see www.arn.se. For residents of another EU country than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission's platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home2.show
  • In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
  • Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.


  1. Unclaimed package returned to sender
  • For unclaimed packages that are returned to the sender, the buyer will be charged an additional 400 SEK for shipping.
